The project aims at collecting and burning methane gas generated by the Mile 24 Landfill, with possible electricity generation.

    Description: 
    The primary purpose of this project activity will be to extract and combust methane gas generated by the Mile 24 Landfill in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by the destruction of landfill methane in a flare, and possibly to generate electricity from landfill methane.
